SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time during peak periods, such as Christmas. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Pre-Sale Information
Any items advertised as pre-sale will be packaged and posted within standard order processing times once received by Her Nourished Kids. Please refer to the advertised pre-sale expected date of arrival.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship all orders via Australia Post.
Delivery delays outside of our control can occasionally occur. Please refer here for any updates.

Free Shipping
Free shipping may be promoted based on order total. We do not offer local delivery/pick up, or ship internationally at this time.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
