Creamy Tahini Oats
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp tahini (sub nut or seed butter of choice)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tsp pure maple syrup
- Add to a pot the oats and oat milk. Bring to the boil and then gently simmer for 2-5 minutes or until cooked. Add more oat milk if required.
- Remove from heat and stir through chia seeds.
- Whisk tahini and pure maple syrup together and drizzle over oats. Serve warm or cold.
NOTE: This recipe can also be made as ‘overnight oats’ by combining all ingredients and soaking overnight in the fridge (perfect for busy mums!).
