Creamy Tahini Oats


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp tahini (sub nut or seed butter of choice)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tsp pure maple syrup


  1. Add to a pot the oats and oat milk.  Bring to the boil and then gently simmer for 2-5 minutes or until cooked.  Add more oat milk if required.
  2. Remove from heat and stir through chia seeds.
  3. Whisk tahini and pure maple syrup together and drizzle over oats.  Serve warm or cold.


NOTE: This recipe can also be made as ‘overnight oats’ by combining all ingredients and soaking overnight in the fridge (perfect for busy mums!).
